LETTER OF LOVE-18

“Conclusion Part 2″

As we conclude our study through Philippians, a “Letter of Love” from Apostle Paul to the church of Philippi, we learn about his faith in God. Although he was in prison, his faith in God was growing stronger and his love for God’s church kept growing deeper.

As we conclude, let us challenge ourselves to trust God above everything, for He will provide every need of our lives.

“For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”
Philippians 4:13 NLT

A few pointers:

1. UNSHAKABLE FAITH : Apostle Paul summarises his journey with Christ Jesus in this one verse. Neither his circumstances nor his age define his faith in God. He is fully confident in God for everything without a trace of doubt or anxiety. Have we reached this point in our journey of faith in Christ Jesus?
2. INSEPARABLE IDENTITY : Apostle Paul is citing his own example for the church to follow. He talks about the immense love he has for the Lord Jesus Christ, how he is inseparable from Christ in his faith journey, and, as an overflow or outburst of his love for God, his deep love for God’s church. I am encouraged today to have that same zeal and passion for God’s people and be inseparable from Christ Jesus who gave Himself for me.

What a beautiful assurance that comes through an Unshakable Faith and Inseparable Identity! May God bless you as you revisit this letter of love.

“And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:19 NLT

Amen 🙏
