“Then King Darius wrote to all the nations and peoples of every language in all the earth: “May you prosper greatly! “I issue a decree that in every part of my kingdom, people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel. “For he is the living God and he endures forever; his kingdom will not be destroyed, his dominion will never end. He rescues and he saves; he performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth. He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.””

On the last day of Daniel Fast, what a blessing to study Daniel’s character as a Spiritual and Professional Legend. The letter written by king Darius was sent to all who speak and write different languages:

2. Power of Godly Testimony
3. Power of Godly Choices
Daniel lived all his life under the regimes of more than three different kings. Served them in different capacities. Faced brutal opposition. Lived life-threatening seasons. But he lived a Godly life, waited for the rescue and redemption of God at 70 years of exile, cried and prayed to God for sending aid for His people.
God so moved through His dedication and worship, revealed the future, entrusted him to seal it till the opportune time and gave his rest to his soul and body.
“no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord.”
