Good morning, dear family,
Wishing you and your families a Blessed New Year 2026!
“But Noah found favor with the Lord.”
Genesis 6:8 NLT
My prayer for each one of us is this- that we will find favour with God because we are the Children of a Righteous God. The world around us may get exceedingly wicked by the day. But may we, who are renewed at the Cross of Christ Jesus, find Favour in God’s sight.
A couple of thoughts as we begin a New Year:
1. Experiencing God’s Favour
2. Encountering God’s Presence
3. Engaging in God’s Plan
4. Encouraged by God’s Word
Imagine the world in Noah’s time. God saw it with great pain and regret – “The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. So the Lord was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart. And the Lord said, “I will wipe this human race I have created from the face of the earth. Yes, and I will destroy every living thing—all the people, the large animals, the small animals that scurry along the ground, and even the birds of the sky. I am sorry I ever made them.””
Genesis 6:5-7 NLT
Today, my prayer is that each of our families would be like the household of Noah.
– Establishing a relationship with God.
– Working towards Building an Ark, a Safe place in God.
– Our Homes to become a place of worship and lighthouse of God’s Presence.
– Our families, children and grandchildren, would find their place in God’s plan.
May 2026 be a year of God’s Favour as His children strive to live a Righteous Life.
“For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be revealed.”
Titus 2:11-13 NLT
