Good morning my dear family,
During my engineering days, one verse that I held onto as a Promise of God is Romans 8:31. I was alone and away from home. Father was without job, mother was travelling 45 kms everyday to teach in a school. Younger siblings were studying. Finances were minimal. It was a difficult time, but the Word of God sustained me. Those were my initial days of walking with the Lord. And God never failed to keep His promise.
“What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”
Romans 8:31 NIV
Today, many of us are going through challenges. At times, our hearts sink, thinking what is kept for us in the future, but in the midst of this, let us hold on to the Promise of God. He won’t let us alone in times of trouble and difficulties. God’s presence is enough for His children to pass through the valley experiences of life.
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”
Isaiah 43:2 NIV
